The kids do everything! We foster student directors, stage managers, costumers, light designers, spotlight operators and MORE! It is a huge leadership building environment starting at very young ages.

We even have a very unique and AWESOME Director’s Training Program! This week long intensive in the summer provides a training ground for our future at Lincoln Children’s Theatre and our community. These kids are the leaders of tomorrow. We put great weight in the responsibility we have to give them every opportunity to being amazing human beings in addition to being SOLID performers!
